Program Overview
The NCSEP-K program facilitates a two-way exchange of knowledge, skills, and experiences between Nigerian Civil Servants and their counterparts in Korea. This exchange program lasts 3 - 6 months, and aims to enhance the capacity and expertise of Nigerian Civil Servants by providing them with opportunities to visit and learn from the best practices and experiences of the Korean Civil Service.
